Toppage, the top menu icon is aligned correctly

A subpage, the top menu icon is aligned left, [BUG]

Why?

The menu icon is aligned left to allow X (close) icon, but it should be aligned left when the X icon comes over the menu icon. So the bug happens & responsible person: the front-end developer.
